There are just two steps you need to take to apply with us:

Step 2: Pay the service fee of $154.99 through the PayPal system. We’ll contact you within 24-48 hours with additional instructions.
The pass program is open to applicants of all ages who are citizens or who have legal permanent residence in the USA. Mexican nationals may also apply. You must have a clean criminal record and be free of any customs, immigration, or agriculture violations in the USA in order to apply.
