All applicants must also be legally admissible to the United States

Must also have a clean criminal history. Additionally, if the applicant is under 18, a parent or guardian must provide their written consent.

The program is open to applicants of all ages who are citizens or who have legal permanent residence in the USA. Mexican nationals may also apply. You must have a clean criminal record and be free of any customs, immigration, or agriculture violations in the USA in order to apply.
