Children’s Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Applications from persons under the age of 18 need the consent of a parent or legal guardian – there is a section on the application form, which must be filled out by the parent or guardian. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Information we collect

The personal information that you are asked to provide and the reasons why you are asked to provide it are to file your Trusted Traveler and / or TSA application form.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

When you fill out one of the application forms on our website, we may ask for your contact information, including but not limited to items such as name, date of birth, address, email address, and telephone number.

The web server automatically collects ‘IP-addresses’. Your IP-address is a number with which computers on the network can identify your computer, so that data (such as Internet pages) can be sent to your computer. It is not possible to identify someone personally via the IP-address.

The only information we hold about you is the information you listed on your application form. We use this information to apply for your Trusted Traveler membership by entering the data onto the government database. We may also send the front page of the application, where you gave consent to use our service, to PayPal if you make a chargeback against the use of our service with them.

You have the right to have your data deleted from our database at any time. All data (except for your email address, the program you applied for, and your name) from the application form you have filled out and the emails you send are permanently deleted after 90 days.

Your name, email address, PASSID / KTN, and for Global Entry, SENTRI, NEXUS & FAST programs, the LOGIN.GOV access codes are stored on our secure encrypted database. We use this information to communicate with you during the application process and to check your application status at your request. We also keep this information to remind you to renew your membership. You can ask for them to be deleted from our database at any time.

We do not print copies of your application form or emails. This information is always kept digital and in a secured encrypted environment.

We do not operate a call center; you will never be contacted by phone by anyone from our company.

If you cancel our service before we process your application, your information is immediately deleted from our database, however, a residual copy may be held on one of Google’s encrypted servers for up to 60 days. Only Google has access to this information. If you cancel our service after your application has been submitted to CBP/TSA (the government), we will retain your application to use as proof of your consent to our service.

If you send an application and do not pay our service fee, we will contact you via email and hold your application for 21 days in the anticipation that you will make payment. Your application form will be deleted after this period if you fail to pay the service fee. You may however cancel the service and ask for your information to be deleted.
