ABOUT THE PROGRAM

This program allows low-risk travelers to expedite their border crossing by using the priority lanes and  kiosks. The kiosks are located at the southern land border between Mexico and the USA. This is not a program you can join instantly! Every applicant must fill out a lengthy application form – even child applicants must have their own application submitted. When Customs and Border Protection receive your application they send it to a variety of US government agencies, specifically, US law enforcement and US immigration as well as checking their database for previous violations. Being classed as a ‘low-risk traveler’ means that you have not committed any felonies that violate the program. Applicants who pass the background and security checks and a face-to-face interview are deemed low-risk trusted travelers and may join the program. Membership lasts 5 years after which time the applicant must reapply.

Government fee: $25 (for background and security checks).  Our application service fee: $154.99 (for creating your government profile, reviewing, and submitting your application). Additional fees are payable at your interview.

This program allows low-risk travelers to expedite their border crossing by using the priority kiosks. The kiosks are located at the southern land border between Mexico and the USA. The program is an initiative of the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Membership is voluntary; applicants of all ages must submit an application, which is then vetted by CBP to determine each applicant’s low-risk status. Applicants who pass the background and security checks and a face-to-face interview are deemed low-risk trusted travelers and may join the program.
